Mabye, the bulk of the noise seems to be in the background. If you blur the background you could get good depth of field and still maintain detail where it matters. also mabye try some HDR overlay. The dark one is too dark but the light one is too light, Find a middle ground before you decide on a plan of action

are they RAW?
Seems like a decent bit of noise if not

Shooting RAW I hope? Have access to Lightroom or similar? LR makes adjusting a batch of pics super easy. Add a bit of noise reduction and you should have some usable shots. Since you shot a (sweet) silver car, black and white should look good and might make for some cool, moody shots if you work the contrast a bit.

Damn that sucks. I did something similar recently. Was messing around with the manual settings on my camera while backpacking. Hiked over to get some sunset + bison shots and forgot it was in manual. I usually shoot in auto landscape outdoors since it does a great job. I forgot to check that it was on landscape mode. Ruined tons of potentially great shots. Way too much noise for me to get rid of.
Your shot looks like you could use some reduce-noise filters and it would look fine. Or like someone else said, go for B&W and adjust the contrast, that could work out well.

Did you take the photos in .CR2 or raw file format? Even if you did not, Lightroom can help regardless. You can give +.5 exposure, increase the shadows +30 or +40, add maybe +50 whites, luminance +50.
Here's my shot at it with what I've just recommend, with +40 shadows rather than +30.
Feel free to compare it with your original and edited shot!
